About The Dirty Martinis Trio:
Three life long musicians who had always wanted to play jazz music came together during the pandemic to begin their exploration. Andrei Lopukhin (upright bass), Dan Cook (guitar) and Matt Augustine (percussion) spent the summer of 2020 beginning their journey exploring and learning this wonderful musical art form.
Fast forward to today and they've been joined by experienced jazz players Scott Chamberland (sax) and Tom Schmidt (piano/keys) to form a power house jazz quintet. They're able to play any event at any venue. They can scale down and scale up their sound to fit your need. From swinging evenings at local restaurants, breweries and pubs in Western Connecticut, to private events in your home or catering venue, they have the chops to get your party hopping or keep your event chilling. Come get a little dirty with The Dirty Martinis.
